Professor's Office

A space adjacent to the main hall, arranged in the style of a scientist’s office, which could be used by a professor from the beginning of the 20th century.

Old furniture, display cabinets, original notes and scientific devices give this place a unique character. The Office also showcases specimens related to the beginnings of the Cabinet of Natural History, as well as old models used during classes. One of the most interesting attractions there is the alligator dubbed the Crocodile of the Vistula and a wardrobe with original showcases with collections of flies, created by Maksymilian Siła-Nowicki in the 19th century.
